At Queenury, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the highest standards of product quality and fairness. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not offer refunds except in cases of defective or damaged products. If your item meets our return criteria, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale, discounted, or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any item that has visible signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
- Returns will only be processed if accompanied by a valid tracking number.
RETURN PROCESS
- Submit a return request with proof of purchase.
- Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping service at your own expense. Queenury is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a store credit or exchange if it meets our policy requirements.
SHIPPING LIABILITY TERMS
- Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.
- Queenury is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. If your return is lost in transit, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- If the item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must provide photo and video proof upon delivery. Failure to do so will result in your claim being denied.
- Restocking fees may apply. These will be deducted from any approved store credit or exchange.
PROCESSING TIME
- Returns take 5-7 business days to be processed after arrival.
- Refunds (when applicable) will take up to 10 business days to appear in your original payment method.
